I'm Wendy, a Colombian-born first generation immigrant in the United States, whose identity has shaped my unique perspectives and aspirations.

I’m a Process Engineer with experience in spearheading large scalable projects by effectively translating business requirements into technical solutions.

One of my favorite industries is aerospace so I'm currently pursuing my private pilot license.

My biggest passions are sustainability and being a role model for latin american women who want to be in the STEAM field thus my interest to participate with the Latino community and help others thrive in their professional careers.

As Vice president of Professional Development, my goal is to promote personal and professional growth​ for our community by developing training, education, and mentoring programs to build the skills needed in today’s job market.
